Research and Development

  The R&D institute of Shouguang wanlong industrial Co.,LTD has four departments, including syling department,autobody department,underpan department and electrical department,about 50 staff members inside and  we have many workstation computers .Now, we are designing products by our own flows, CAS/CAD/CAE/CAM technics are popular used here.
  Using PHOTOSHOP, ALIAS, RHINOCEROS and so on,the styling department's main job is sckeching and photoclass rendering for products.Besides, the styling departments also equipmented with Gemany's ATOSII flow optic three-dimensional scanner and IMAGEWARE which used for reverse engineering. Styling department's another job is supply A-class surfaces for Autobody department.
  Using design softwares such as Unigraphics, Delcam, Autobody department's main job is auto collocation and supply techinic services for the whole company.The assignment including section, numeric modle, drafting, accessory selection , authentication service and produce service.
Chassis department's main work is underpan's design. After designed several auto and motobicycles design, underpan department has much experience in this filed.Designer can now design steering system,brake system, wheel and type, drive train.
  Electrical department's main design electrical systems for auto and motocycle. They can solve many problems such as igition system, horn circuit, charging system, starting system, lighting circuit and so on.
